WORKORDER

Once we know your order request and have confirmed the in stock availability of the requested item/(s), we start building your custom work order.

This work order will be submitted to you for approval before any payment is taken or special order is submitted

DEPOSIT

To confirm your special order, we require an upfront deposit of either 50% of the total order value, or the full amount, whichever is most convenient to you.

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

WAIT PERIOD

Once a deposit is accrued, your order is pushed to our purchasing manager, who then submits it to the appropriate distributor.

As a small, independent business working with a diverse mix of vendors, managing special order timelines can be a bit of a juggling act. Unlike large corporations, we aren’t able to offer expedited services like same-day shipping, or provide guarantees on order timelines. Our lead times are estimates based on factors such as supplier availability, warehouse location, vendor size, and, most importantly, meeting minimum cart requirements.

Due to long-term experience and solid averages, we usually get our estimates right! However, because of moving and interdependent factors, it is possible that the original timeline provided at purchase could be subject to change. Despite our best efforts, any delays caused by these factors are outside the control of our sales and purchasing teams.
