Booking for more than one bike? Please make a separate appointment for each

All service appointments require a $15 non-refundable deposit at time of drop off to cover the assessment of your bicycle. This deposit will be deducted from your service bill total
Owners of missed drop-off’s will be contacted and their appointment rescheduled
Need to push drop-off to the morning? Life happens! Reach out and let us know in advance to avoid your appointment from being rescheduled

A technician will reach out to you after performing a thorough inspection of your bike
They will let you know your bikes overall condition. This includes any found issue(s) that may prohibit your requested service (including expected timeline or cost), safety concerns and any recommendations for additional work
Please keep your phone nearby! We wont perform any work without your consent. Missed communication may result in a delayed or rescheduled service

We aim to keep things on time! If delays pop up from parts availability, scope changes, or any additional circumstances, we’ll be in touch
If you require a different timeline, please reach out to our team. We do our best to accommodate folks when they really need

We’ll call you when your bike is good to roll! Please grab your bicycle as soon as possible, it helps us to make space for the new folks coming in :)

Handlebar swap, wheel true/dish, spoke replacement, brake bleed, rotor clean, brake pad install, cable/housing install, ICBC/Insurance assessment, rack install, tubeless setup, frame prep, dynamo setup etc.
We offer free Shimano Crank Inspections for R6800, R8000, R9000, R9100 or R9100-P

Bike Boxing
$100
We’ll pack your bike safely in a sturdy cardboard box or your own soft or hard case. Frames are wrapped in protective Styrofoam, wheel(s) removed as needed, handlebars rotated, and all items secured to prevent movement during transport
Heads up: if racks, fenders, or baskets need removal to fit, the service cost may need to increase—we’ll confirm before packing begins

Fender Install
$95-$250 (Fender Dependent)
Purchased fenders to keep the muck and rain at bay? Let our mechanics handle the install for you
Bring your fenders along when you drop off your bike and we’ll take care of the rest. If you need to purchase fenders before your appointment, come see us in store, or check out fender offerings on our online store (Link available in menu at top of page)

Before any work begins, we perform a full assessment so you’re aware of your bike’s condition and so we can confirm the service package is the right fit for your needs. Listed prices are baseline estimates and may change if additional work is required. We will not perform services without your approval.
You may decline any non-critical recommendations; however, safety-critical issues must be resolved for us to complete any service. Our team will contact you on the day of your appointment with assessment results and an updated timeline if extra time is needed.
Labour discounts for wear-related or upgrade-related replacements apply only within a Comprehensive Tune appointment. Services like frame prep, wheel builds, and select hourly work are excluded. Discounts are offered at the Service Manager’s discretion, are non-transferable, and apply only to work that can be completed within your appointment window.
