Start: Kissing Crows Cyclery @ 9:30AM
End: Kissing Crows Cyclery
Time Duration: 5/6 hours (For the full 75km route)
Distance: Choose your distance! 25km, 45km or 75km
Pace: Fun and Chill (17-22km/hr ish)
Terrain: Paved sections, mostly tight packed dirt/gravel. Some technical sections with small roots/rocks.
Vibe: Choose your own adventure!

We’re really excited for this one and have some pretty fun, picturesque and flowy single track to share with you!

  1. 25km - KCC to Port Moody - chill times on the TCT!! Have a little sunshine beer with us on brewery row. (Port Moody train station if you would like to head home from here)

  2. 45km - PoCo trail time. Flowy, fun, rollercoaster singletrack woooo. Lots of giggles to be had on this part. (Burquitlam train station if you would like to head home from here)

  3. 70km - Full Loop!!! Make sure you’re carbed up for this one!

IONA BEACH + CARB SOCIAL

End (CARB SOCIAL YO): Jo's Italian Deli (3998 Main St)
Time Duration: 2/3hrs
Distance: 43.5 km's
Pace: Fun and Chill (17-22km/hr ish)
Terrain: Mostly paved with some light/tight packed gravel
Vibe: DELIGHTFUL

We're going for a sweet little bop over to IONA beach this Sunday (April 19th) !!! We will start at the shop at 9:30 AM and end our ride at JO'S ITALIAN DELI on Main Street (Probably around noon) for some delicious carbohydrates 🍝 If you haven't been to Jo's Italian....you're definitely going to want to join for the carb party! What more could you love than some spaghetti or a sammy after a ride in the sun with some nice folks?! The terrain will be very flat and chill. Mostly paved with a little bit of gravel. The whole ride will be about 2-3hrs long depending on the group. We don't drop on this ride! Join or leave whenever your heart desires.
