I understand that cycling and camping have intrinsic risks and that Kissing Crows Cyclery Inc. is not liable for my health and safety during the 2023 'Big Porp' Party' Campout Event. I understand it is my responsibility to abide by all local, provincial, and federal laws, including helmet laws, and release Kissing Crows Cyclery Inc. from liability in the case of an accident or other incident during this event including any and all instances of bodily, psychological, or other harms. I understand it is my responsibility to assess these risks for myself and to abstain from activities that increase my risk of harm.

Safer Spaces / Community Guidelines *

Kissing Crows Cyclery, Kissing Crows Outpost, and our affiliated rides/events function under 'Safer Spaces' principles. This means that we do not tolerate discriminatory language or behaviour at any time. We believe that the fundamental function of a bicycle shop is to provide access and support for the cycling community and as such, believe a diverse community that best represents cycling as a whole is to be fostered and encouraged. We have a 0 tolerance stance on homophobia, classism, transphobia, misogyny, sexism, racism, ableism, ageism, and all other forms of oppression. As a member of the Murder of Crows you are expected to always strive to be an effective ally and to work with and for the community for the greater good. At this event that means making sure everyone feels comfortable, welcome, and supported. Cycling is more fun when we do it together, after all!
